　　The slitter blade is an important processing link in the production of paperboard and carton. Therefore, if the slitter blade deviates, it will affect the quality of paperboard and carton products, and even the products produced are waste products. Therefore, we should reduce the waste products in the production of cardboard boxes according to the common deviation analysis of the blades of the corrugated cardboard slitter.

　　Deviation of the tail of the slitter blade for slitting paperboard:

　　1. The paper feeding positioning baffle of the slitter blade is improperly adjusted;

　　2. The slitting blade is too blunt at one section, which is different from the linear speed of other knives;

　　3. The paper guide wheel of the slitter blade is improperly adjusted;

　　4. Improper paper feeding of slitter blade.

　　Burr generated by slitter blade:

　　1. The slitter blade is blunt and should be polished;

　　2. The overlap between the slitter blade and the cutter slot is too shallow;

　　3. If the paper edge and paper wool are involved in the knife groove of the slitter blade, clean it and start it again;

　　4. The slot clearance of the slitter blade is too large, which is generally not more than 2.5mm.

　　The indentation line of the slitter blade is easy to break:

　　1. The base paper is poor;

　　2. The pressing line is too deep.

　　The indentation line of the slitter blade is not straight:

　　1. The pressing line of the slitter blade is too shallow, and the broken line is uneven, which affects the beauty of the box;

　　2. Paper feeding deflection of slitter blade;

　　3. The upper and lower wire pressing wheels of the slitter blade are not aligned.

　　The cutting edge of the slitter blade is not vertical:

　　1. The angle of blade holder of slitting machine is not correct;

　　2. The slitter blade is not in the center of the cutter slot;

　　3. The blade edge of the slitter is worn off.
